Mathematics helps to understand phenomena and structures of Natural Science, Humanities, and Social Science. It is one of the most valuable majors in the 4th industrial revolution. Also, mathematics is a base for subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Cryptography. Moreover, we can understand a lot of social phenomena involving economics through mathematics. People who major in mathematics may work at banks, insurance companies, and investment companies.
Education Objective
  1. Understand the nature of mathematics and develop mathematical thinking.
  2. Learn how to adjust what you have trained from studying mathematics into your life.
  3. Contribute to mathematical education based on knowledge and skills developed by the curriculum.
Specialities

Majoring in mathematics with statistics, computer science, economics, or most engineering will give you a synergy effect to get a job. Both theory-based and applied mathematics will help students to build logical and structural thinking and a broad sight to see the world. In particular, for the students who want to work at an insurance company, we operate a circle preparing for being an actuary.
