강북구 백년시장 문화관광형시장 육성사업의 일환으로, 다양한 세계 요리를 소개하고 문화 교류의 장을 마련하기 위한 「백년시장 다문화 요리 콘테스트」를 아래와 같이 진행하오니 관심 있는 분들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

  - 2026년 6월 2일(화) ~ 6월 21일(일)

■ 모집규모
  - 총 10팀
    ※ 개인 및 팀 참가 가능

■ 참가대상
  - 다문화 가정, 유학생, 지역 주민 등 세계 요리에 관심 있는 누구나
  - 내·외국인 누구나 참여 가능
    ※ 팀 내 외국인 참가자 포함 시 심사 가산점 부여

■ 참가내용
  - 한국 요리를 제외한 다양한 외국 요리 레시피 소개 및 조리
  - 각국의 전통 음식, 가정식, 특별한 레시피 등 자유롭게 참여 가능

■ 참가 준비사항
  - 참가자는 개인 요리 재료를 직접 준비해야 합니다.
    ※ 심사용 2접시 분량
    ※ 재료는 세척 완료 상태로 준비
  - 현장 구비 물품
    · 미니 칼, 가위, 도마, 쟁반, 위생장갑, 일회용 접시
    · 화구 2구, 전자레인지 등
  - 그 외 필요한 조리도구 및 물품은 참가자가 개별 지참해야 합니다.

■ 시상내역
  - 대상 1팀 : 500,000원
  - 금상 1팀 : 300,000원
  - 은상 1팀 : 200,000원
  - 동상 2팀 : 각 100,000원
  - 참가상 5팀 : 각 50,000원

Baeknyeon Market Multicultural Cooking Contest

As part of the Gangbuk-gu Baeknyeon Market Cultural Tourism Market Development Project, we will hold the 「Baeknyeon Market Multicultural Cooking Contest」 to introduce a variety of world cuisines and create a space for cultural exchange.

We invite all interested participants to apply.

  - In front of Cantaville Suyu Palace, Baeknyeon Market, Gangbuk-gu

  - June 2, 2026 (Tue) ~ June 21, 2026 (Sun)

■ Number of Participants
  - 10 teams in total
    ※ Individuals and teams are both welcome

■ Eligibility
  - Anyone interested in world cuisine, including multicultural families, international students, and local residents
  - Both Koreans and foreigners are welcome to participate
    ※ Bonus points will be given to teams that include foreign participants

■ Contest Details
  - Introduction and cooking of foreign dishes, excluding Korean cuisine
  - Participants may freely present traditional dishes, home-style meals, or special recipes from around the world

■ Preparation Guidelines
  - Participants must prepare their own cooking ingredients.
    ※ Ingredients for 2 tasting plates for judging
    ※ Ingredients must be washed and prepared in advance
  - Items provided on-site:
    · Mini knife, scissors, cutting board, tray, disposable gloves, disposable plates
    · 2-burner stove, microwave, etc.
  - Any additional cooking tools or items required must be brought by participants individually.

■ Prize Information
  - Grand Prize: 1 team / KRW 500,000
  - Gold Prize: 1 team / KRW 300,000
  - Silver Prize: 1 team / KRW 200,000
  - Bronze Prize: 2 teams / KRW 100,000 each
  - Participation Prize: 5 teams / KRW 50,000 each
    ※ All participating teams are scheduled to receive prizes

  - Selected winners may be given an opportunity to operate a sales booth at the 「Baeknyeon Night」 night market
