What alienated and isolated human beings want in a mechanized society is a humane and beautiful culture. France is a country that recognizes the value of this culture first and reaps the most practical and economic benefits by making great efforts to create, preserve, and develop culture. In the French Language and Literature major, students can learn French and literature, as well as the spirit that penetrates culture and art, and naturally acquire them.

Specialities

The Department of French Language and Literature integrates the three core keywords of 'France', 'Cultural Arts', and 'Cultural Communication' and encompasses the curriculum of three practical stages: 'French', 'French culture and arts' and 'French cultural communication'. Through the course, we aim to 'cultivate experts in French studies' that our society demands.
