Admission Information

Eligibility & Freshmen Admission Requirements
  • Female students with a non-Korean nationality and both parents also holding a non-Korean nationality
  • High school (expected) graduates with 12 years of primary and secondary education either in or outside of Korea or equivalent
  • Must prove Korean proficiency through one of the following methods:
    1. Submitting scores of TOPIK (Korean Language Proficiency Test) level 3 or above
    2. Completing Korean Language Program ‘Intermediate 1’ or above from Duksung Global Education Institution

  1. A Printed ‘Application Check List’ and ‘Application Summary'
  2. Agreement for Verification of Academic Records for all institutions (DWU form)
  3. Official High School Graduation Certification
  4. Official High School Transcript or Performance Report
  5. High School Attendance Certification ※ If transcripts or performance records state specific dates of attendance, it is not necessary to submit the attendance certification.

    ※ Document ③~⑤ must obtain Apostille or Consular Confirmation.

  6. Official Certificate of Korean Proficiency [TOPIK level 3 or above]
  7. Official documents indicate the parent-child relationship between the applicant and parents,
  8. A copy of the applicant’s Alien Registration Card (for applicants living in Korea only)
  9. Official document indicating the parent-child relationship between the applicant and parents
  10. Financial Certification [official bank statement with USD 16,000 or more]
  11. Sponsor Agreement [DWU form]

All documents that are in languages other than Korean or English, but be translated and notarized.

Global Partnership Scholarship Selected International students with:
- TOPIK level 4 or above
- A recommendation from the head of a graduated institution or government, international organization
* Students who want to apply for the global partnership scholarship must submit a reference letter.
1. 100% waive of tuition for 4 years
2. 50% of dormitory fee for 1 year
