Admission Information

Eligibility
  • An applicant with a non-Korean nationality who’s parents both hold a non-Korean nationality
  • Applicants whose language proficiency exceed at least one of the following requirements:

    TOPIK level 3, TOEFL IBT 80, IELTS 5.5, TEPS 550, NEW TEPS 297

  • Master’s Program: For those (expected to) having successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree from either in or outside of Korea or equivalent to the above approved by a related academic policy
  • Doctoral Program: For those (expected to) having successfully completed a Master’s degree from either in or outside of Korea or equivalent to the above approved by a related academic policy

Evaluation Process: Examination of Documents and Oral Interview (Korean or English)

Specific majors may require additional evaluation such as art related area.

Required Documents
  1. Application form and Study Plan [to be completed on-line]
  2. One 3cm * 4cm photo taken within 6 months
  3. Letter of Recommendation from professor

    ※ Only applicants for Doctorial degree

    [must be written in Korean or English and sent to the Graduate Admissions Office directly from the professor]
  4. Original copy of the Final Diploma or certificate of graduation in English [undergraduate program for Master’s and MA for Ph.D. applicants]
  5. Original copy of the final transcript in English [undergraduate program for Master’s and MA for Ph.D. applicants]
  6. Copy of passport or official certification of nationality
  7. Official document indication parent-child relationship between the applicant and parents
  8. Copy of Alien Registration Card (for applicants living in Korea only)
  9. Financial Certification Form
  10. Original Certificate of at least 1 Language Proficiency test from the following:

    TOPIK level 3, TOEFL IBT 80, IELTS 5.5, TEPS 550, NEW TEPS 297

※ All documents that are in languages other than Korean or English, but be translated and notarized.

※ Document ④⑤⑦ must obtain Apositille or Consular Confirmation.

Scholarship for International Students

Partner University Scholarship Selected candidates among international students from a Partner University with a recommendation from the head of university 50% Tuition Waiver (including matriculation fee)
  • To be selected after evaluation by the admission committee
  • To be paid during every regular semester
  • Must maintain GPA 3.5/4.5 and above
International Excellence Scholarship

Selected candidates among international students admitted as Extra Admission, who fulfill one of the following from the Language Proficiency or the Other Qualifications:

Selected candidates among international students, admitted as Extra Admission, who are not included in the above 50% tuition waiver 30% Tuition Waiver (including matriculation fee)
